Laurence Fishburne (30 de xunetu de 1961, Augusta) ye un actor de cine d'Estaos Xuníos. Conocíu principalmente pol so rol como Morfeo na película de ciencia ficción The Matrix y les sos remortines. En 1993 foi nomáu al Premiu Óscar al meyor actor pola película Tina, un biopic sobre la vida de la cantante Tina Turner na que Fishburne interpretaba al home d'ésta. Participó tamién el la popular serie de CBS, CSI y representó a Perry White na cinta Man of Steel.

Fishburne nació n'Augusta, Georgia. Ye fíu de Hattie Bell Crawford, una profesora de matemátiques y ciencies nuna escuela pa neños, y de Laurence John Fishburne, Jr., un funcionariu de prisión de menores.^[5] Los sos padres divorciar mientres la so infancia y Fishburne camudar cola so madre a Brooklyn, Nueva York, onde se crió. Tamién apaeció nel episodiu M*A*S*H, "The Tooth Shall Set You Free", interpretando al Cabu Dorsey (anunciáu como Larry Fishburne nos creitos).
