Yponomeutidae ye una familia de lepidópteros ditrisios perteneciente a la superfamilia Yponomeutoidea, con unes 600 especies, la mayoría nos trópicos.^[1]^[2]

Tien 5 o 6 subfamilies. Dellos autores inclúin a Plutellidae como otra subfamilia:
