Los mimétidos (Mimetidae) son una pequeña familia d'arañes araneomorfes. Tamién son conocíes como arañes pirata. Dicha familia consta d'unes 200 especies partíes en 12 xéneros. N'Europa los dos xéneros más frecuentes son: Ero y Mimetus. Estes arañes depreden a otres arañes. Son de normal marielles y marrones, anque tamién les hai de colores acolorataos.^[1]^[2]
