Shirley Angela Sherwood OBE ye una botánica y pañadora de especímenes botánicos, y autora de llibros, y ilustradora botánica inglesa.[2][3] La Galería d'Arte Botánico Shirley Sherwood, abrió'l 19 d'abril de 2008, en Kew Gardens col so epónimu. Ye la primer galería nel mundu dedicada namái a arte botánico. Shirley foi descrita como una "fuercia motriz detrás d'una renacencia d'interés nel arte botánico".[4]

Ye vicepresidenta de la Nature in Art Trust.[5] El so home ye'l magnate de ferrocarriles y armador James B. Sherwood.[6][7]

Shirley foi nomada Oficial de la Orde del Imperiu británicu (OBE) n'oportunidá de los Honores pel Añu Nuevu 2012 por servicios al arte botánico.[8]
