L'Aeropuertu Internacional de Cefalonia (IATA: EFL, ICAO: LGFK) ye un aeropuertu qu'opera na islla de Cefalonia. L'aeropuertu tuvo operando de manera ininterrumpida dende la so construcción en 1971. Tien un área total del aeropuertu de 82 ha y atópase a 8 km de la capital de la islla, Argostoli.
