Elisabeth Gantt (26 de payares de 1934) ye una botánica, reconocida pol so trabayu en fisioloxía y anatomía vexetal. Nacida en Yugoslavia, más tarde migró a EE. XX. onde llogró'l so Ph.D. pola Universidá del Noroeste. La so obra mayormente centrada en fotosíntesis, especialmente d'algues. Güei, ye Emérita Profesora Universitaria Distinguida na Universidá de Maryland,[2] onde ella inda estudia y enseña botánica y bioloxía de célula, que ye una parte de la Facultá d'Ordenadores, Matemática, y Ciencies Naturales de la Universidá de Maryland.
