AI Comae Berenices (AI Com / 17 Comae Berenices / HD 108662)^[9]^[10] ye una estrella variable de magnitú aparente media +5,24 asitiada na constelación de Coma Berenices. Alcuéntrase a 270 años lluz de distancia del Sistema Solar.

AI Comae Berenices ye una estrella blanca de tipu espectral A0p,^[9] clasificada tamién como subxigante A1IVp.^[10] Tien una temperatura efectivo de 10.330 K^[11] y relluma con una lluminosidá 66 vegaes mayor que la lluminosidá solar.^[12] La so masa ye 2,6 vegaes mayor que la del Sol y tien una edá envalorada de 263 millones d'años.^[12] Con un radiu aproximao 2,2 vegaes más grande que'l radiu solar,^[13] xira sobre sigo mesma con una velocidá de rotación de siquier 18 km/s.^[14]

AI Comae Berenices ye una estrella químicamente peculiar que presenta conteníos anómalos de metales —en concretu d'estronciu, cromu y europiu— na so superficie. El so rellumu ye variable, fluctuando 0,17 magnitúes nun periodu de 5,0633 díes.^[15] Ta clasificada como variable Alfa2 Canum Venaticorum —Alioth (ε Ursae Majoris) y Alpheratz (α Andromedae) son les representantes más brilloses d'esta clase— y como variable Delta Scuti.^[15]
