Les llingües cushíticas de les tierres altes o burji-sidámicas son un subgrupu de llingües del grupu cushita oriental de les llingües afroasiátiques falaes nel centru y sur d'Etiopía. La llingua demográficamente más importante ye'l sidamo, con cerca de dos millones falantes.

Clasificación

Frecuentemente consideráronse rellacionaes dientro del cushita coles llingües cushitas cnetrales de les tierres baxes (Oromo-Komso, Somalín-Rendile, Afar-Saho), les llingües dullay y el yaaku, formando una agrupación llamada llingües cushitas orientales que como grupu filoxenéticu ye dudosu.

Les llingües cushitas orientales de les tierres baxes son:

• Burji (llingua diverxente)
• Llingües sidámicas (puramente felicidaes)
  • Sidamo
  • Gedeo
  • Hadiyya–Libido **Kambaata–Allaba-K'abeena.

Sacante pol burji, les otres llingües tán estrechamente emparentaes. El hadiyya y la libido son especialmene cercanes al igual que'l kambaata y l'allaba.
