Español: Down Syndrome translocation. It is a Robertsonian translocation. In the original image represents a reciprocal translocation. The change made was that the long arm of chromosome 21 fuses with the short arm of 14, and not to the length of 14.
Español: Traslocación cromosómica en el síndrome de Down. El síndrome de Down es una translocación robertsoniana. En la imagen original se representa una translocación recíproca. El cambio realizado ha sido que el brazo largo del cromosoma 21 se fusione con el brazo corto del 14, y no con el largo del 14.
