The Botany of the Voyage of H.M.S. Herald (embrivíu Bot. Voi. Herald)[1] ye un llibru ilustráu con descripciones botániques editáu pol botánicu y briólogu alemán, Berthold Carl Seemann. Espublizóse en diez partes dende 1852 a 1857, col nome de Botany of the Voyage of H.M.S. Herald, under the Command of Captian Henry Kellett, R.N., C.B., during the years 1845-1851. London.
Berthold Carl Seemann foi un destacáu naturalista nel viaxe d'esploración de la mariña occidental d'América y el Pacíficu efectuada por Henry Kellett nel HMS Herald (1822), en 1847, al pie de los naturalistes Thomas Edmondston y John Goodridge. La espedición tornó vía Ḥawai, Ḥong Kong y les Indies orientales, aportando a Ciudá del Cabu en marzu de 1851. Dexa El Cabu'l 27 de marzu y vuélvese pa Inglaterra'l 6 de xunu de 1851. Les resultancies botániques de la espedición publiquense col títulu de Botany of the Voyage of HMS Herald y foi premiáu con un Ph.D. pola Universidá de Gotinga en 1853.
