Un negativu ye, en fotografía, una película fotográfica que s'emplega na cámara fotográfica convencional pa, darréu, facer el positiváu en papel o en diapositiva. Les partes del negativu nes qu'incide la lluz veránse d'un color escuru, mentando que nes que nun incide, quedarán tresparentes.[1]
