Matthew Paul Walsh (13 d'ochobre de 1964, Chicago) ye un actor, comediante, direutor y escritor d'Estaos Xuníos. Meyor conocíu por ser miembru fundador de la Upright Citizens Brigade y ye co-protagonista de la serie Veep de HBO onde interpreta a Mike McLintock. Tamién actuó en programes de comedia como Dog Bites Man en Comedy Central y en Players en Spike TV.

Primeros años

Walsh nació en Chicago, el cuartu de siete fíos de Dick y Audrey Walsh. Graduóse na Hinsdale South High School en 1982. Ente que na escuela secundaria xugó nel equipu de fútbol de la so escuela.

Asistió a Northern Illinois University, onde se graduó con una llicenciatura en psicoloxía, tamién de pasar un añu estudiando nel estranxeru n'Austria en Salzburg College. Dempués de la universidá, empezó a tomar clases de comedia d'improvisación en Chicago, onde se convertiría nun actor regular nel Annoyance Theater y ImprovOlympic, onde estudió col llexendariu maestru de la improvisación Del Close.

En 1991, atopar col cómicu Matt Besser, col qu'empezó a realizase na comedia stand-up. Xunir a Besser nel Upright Citizens Brigade, xunto con Amy Poehler y Ian Roberts.

Vida personal

Walsh vive en Valley Village, California, cola so esposa Morgan. Tienen tres fíos, Judas, Emmet, y Celia.
