María Domínguez Castellanu (1965Alcántara)[1] ye una neurobióloga y profesora española.[2]

Trayeutoria[editar | editar la fonte]

En 1988, se llicenció en Ciencies Biolóxiques, pola Universidá de Sevilla, realizando los sos estudios de doctoráu nel Centru de Bioloxía Molecular Severo Ochoa del Conseyu Cimeru d'Investigaciones Científiques (CSIC) y la Universidá Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), nel llaboratoriu del profesor Juan Modolell, y so la direición de la investigadora del CSIC Sonsoles Campuzano. En 1993, treslladar a Suiza, pa trabayar nel Llaboratoriu del profesor Ernst Hafen na Universidá de Zúrich. Y en 2007, pasó a Cambridge pa trabayar como postdoctoral independiente nel Llaboratoriu de Bioloxía Molecular del profesor Peter A. Lawrence nel Medical Research Council (MRC-LMB) en Cambridge (Reinu Xuníu), unu de los centros de referencia d'investigación básica en Bioloxía Molecular.[3]

Ye profesora d'investigación del Institutu de Neurociencies d'Alicante, dependiente del Centru Cimeru d'Investigaciones Científiques, y de la Universidá Miguel Hernández. Ye vicedireutora del Institutu, y unu de los referentes de la investigación mundial sobre'l cáncer.[4][5]
