Estudió Lliteratura y Llingües Coreanes na Universidá Nacional Chungnam, sicasí abandonó la carrera pa escorrer el so suañu de ser actriz. Debutó en 1962 y tuvo activa nos escenarios, el cine y la televisión surcoreana por más de cinco décades.[ 2] [ 3] [ 4] [ 5]
Tomó un Cursu de Política Nacional na Escuela de Graduaos d'Alministración Pública de la Universidá Nacional de Seúl , y entró na política en 1992. Foi escoyida como llexisladora na 14ª Asamblea Nacional ..[ 6] [ 7] [ 8] [ 9] [ 10]
