Les emblingiacees (Emblingiaceae) son una familia d'anxospermes perteneciente al orde de les brasicales. Inclúin un solu xéneru con una única especie, Emblingia calceoliflora, endémica del oeste d'Australia.
Descripción
Trátase de subparrotales yerbáceas y rastreros, con fueyes simples, peciolaes con cartílagu nos sos marxes. Les flores, solitaries, blanques, crema, marielles, verdes o rosaes que broten d'agostu a payares.[1]
La disposición d'esti xéneru nuna dada familia traxo considerables problemes, yá que foi delles vegaes incluyíu en Capparaceae, Sapindaceae, Goodeniaceae y, nel sistema Cronquist, en Polygalaceae.[2] En 1965, Herbert Kenneth Airy Shaw alzó a Emblingiaceae dende xéneru, esta familia ye agora confirmada polos sistemes APG II, Dahlgren, Reveal, APW, Takhtajan y Thorne.[3] Analises moleculares confirmaron el so allugamientu en Brassicales.[2][4]
Taxonomía
Emblingia calceoliflora describióse por Ferdinand von Mueller y espublizóse en Estaza Phytographiæ Australiæ 2: 2. 1860.[5]
