Daisy Jazz Isobel Ridley (10 d'abril de 1992, Westminster y Londres)[4][5] ye una actriz británica.[6] En abril de 2014 confirmóse la so participación en Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens,[7] interpretando al personaxe de Rey.[8] La película, estrenada'l 18 d'avientu de 2015, llevó a l'actriz a la fama internacional.

El 15 d'avientu de 2017 siguió cola saga en Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi, y el 19 d'avientu de 2019 protagonizó tamién el definitivu Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker

Ridley apaeció nes series[9][10] Youngers, Silent Witness, Mr Selfridge y Casualty. Tamién apaeció nel curtiumetraxe Blue Season y na película Scrawl. Apaeció en Inbetweeners 2).[11][12][13] Ridley protagonizó'l papel principal na tercer parte de Lifesaver,[14] un filme interactivu pol que foi nomada a un premiu BAFTA de la British Academy Award.[15]

El 29 d'abril de 2014, anuncióse que tendría un papel protagonista en Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens,[11][12][13][16][17][7] interpretando al personaxe de Rey.[8] La película foi estrenada'l 18 d'avientu de 2015 con un gran ésitu de taquilla y catapultando a l'actriz a la fama internacional.

Ridley asistió a la escuela Tring Park School for the Performing Arts en Hertfordshire, graduándose en 2010 a la edá de 18.[4][5] La madre de Ridley, Louise Fawkner-Corbett, ye direutora de publicidá, y el so padre, Chris Ridley, ye fotógrafu.[4][5] Ye la más nueva de cinco fíos, teniendo dos hermanes, Kika-Rose y Poppy, y dos mediu hermanes d'un matrimoniu anterior del so padre.[4][5] Kika-Rose trabaya como modelu na axencia Models 1.[5][17] La so familia tien una casa nel distritu Maida Vale de Londres.
